Damp entering house,due to increased kerb height

On the front of the house,adjoining the pavement on the a46.the kerb height was increased as,was the camber&level of the road in the past.this has drastically increased the amount of water,on this side of the road&splashing of the properties.this has been a problem,ever since,they altered the camber of the road.previously reported=ref:11426634.
