Pre Covid- all sorts of craters and potholes

Only access road in and out of area - residents have had to put up with the state of the road since BEFORE covid. Issues have been reported dozens of times, a couple of the holes at the edges (?) have been filled in but fix never lasts (couple of days later it's a crater again!) They don't look particularly deep in the photo, but they are horrendous and they are completely unavoidable, particularly with both parked cars and volume of traffic. HGV traffic, college and industry, football traffic plus those who live here use the road as it's the only ingress/egress. The no parking cone wasn't to fix the road - it was to allow another broadband company to install cables! Most recent report to council from over a year ago has been closed but no sign of any works. They have also not repainted the yellow box on the main artery link that our access road leads to - makes any travel nigh near impossible at peak times - add on 30 mins to your journey just to leave your estate! Makes drivers ratty and desperate to get moving = reckless. Not good.
