The road around the estate is caked with mud that's washed down from the new buiding site above the fields

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5497541.

The road is absolutely caked with mud and it's not walkable at the moment . I use a mobility scooter and can't even use it on the road .
