Blocking access by parking illegally

Traffic is backed up Lancaster Road because “two brothers motorcycles garage” have parked their vehicles on the double yellow lines because of course they can. No consequence for them they simply do as they please. Now cars cannot enter and leave and are stuck where they are. There is going to be a massive fight one day and all these letters I have written over the last few years are going to be on record. Enfield council is entirely to blame for not pressing the contractors to give this a higher priority. They are all over mums picking up their children from school as they are easy money and let’s face it that’s the only reason the contractors do it. Enfield council parking is not a service to make Enfield safer but a cash raising exercise.
