Temporary diverted traffic sign on Witney High Street

The temporary yellow "Diverted Traffic" sign is loose and is (a) pointing totally the wrong direction and (b) a hazard to passing pedestrians as it is below head height.

It is attached to a fingerpost outside High Street Methodist Church by two cable ties.
