Constant litter up and down the whole of Bishops Way

Bishops Way has a serious and constant problem with general litter. In the 4 years I have lived on this street I have never seen a street cleaner on Bishops Way. The pavements and gutters are AlWAYS covered in litter, chicken bones, plastic bags etc etc. There are only 2 rubbish bins on the whole street which are often full and over flowing which contributes as does packaging waste from the BESTWAY at the top end. Their skip bin lids are never closed and alot of plastic blows down the road from there. Its depressing and embarrassing to live on such filthy street.
