Dangerous posts on edge of road

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5491992.

Someone has installed dangerous posts on the edge of the road on the foot path, these posts will not crumple if hit by a car they are not reflective, also they are on the path. They look very dangerous where they have been positioned.
