Outside the Barbers and Hairdressers on corner of Cae Glas / Wentloog Rd. People constantly blocking the pavement on a daily basis. No one can walk past or push a pram on that side. Anyone in a wheelchair has no chance of using the pavement meant for pedestrians not cars!! Also happens on opposite side of the road. By the Chapel. Where people park on pavements to go to the shops. They have the sloped bit to park client cars on but they now all use the entire pavement. Sick of walking in the road.
