Good Morning
I sent this report to both of your departments and am extremely disappointed that neither seem to be able to take ownership if this matter.
Could you please review and decide between you as to who needs to take responsibility.
On Saturday 6th January 2024 my husband and I walked onto Tewkesbury as my husband needed to go to the opticians. As the only way to walk into town was via the back of Morrisons due to the floods that was the route we took. Upon crossing Station Road I slipped on the mossy, slimy kerb stones and fell badly on my left hand side. It subsequently transpired that I have broken a bone in my left foot. This is obviously very uncomfortable and a huge inconvenience as I am unable to work. This part of the path into town is frequently very slippery due to it being in a quite shaded area and therefore an ideal place for moss and slime to thrive. Surely, it would be good practice for you to keep the paths clear and safe, especially if you want to encourage people to walk rather than drive around the area.
