Signage plate removed

The sign with details of parking restrictions has been removed from this pole and discarded in the vegetation behind it. One possible explanation is that a bicycle was locked to the post, and removing the sign made it possible to lift the lock over the top of the post. Hopefully it should be easy to reattach the sign, if it can be attended to before the sign plate goes missing.
