6153917 -Blocked drain at rear of 615A Smithdown Road. This is a residential property and although has a Smithdown Road address, the access to the flat is from Kenyon road immediately in front of the blocked drain. This is by the first alley gate on Kenyon Road just meters away from the Smithdown road Oxfam.

The blocked drain was logged under your Reference 6153917 in July with a resolution planned for August 2023. This drain remains blocked today and it is a health and safety and tripping hazard for the residents. There is foul smelling standing water which smells like sewage.

Can you give us some resolution on this drain which has become a health and safety issue. If you have to open a new job number, then so be it. We just want the issuer resolved and the drain unblocked.
