Potholes in slip road to turn in

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5482824.

Several potholes in the braking area of the sliproad, car tyres pull into the holes risking a collision if the car coming the other way isnt watching, please fill them.
