Dangerous parking on Heber Street

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5482814.

Entire Heber Street bs5 9JU is blocked by cars from car dealerships. There is. It way to garages , they are parking also on the corners and double yellow all the time . There is no way to use payment or for the ambulance to pass
