Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5482321.

On the pavement outside 222 Newport Road Roath. There are a number of rubbish bags and other items some have emptied their contents causing a health hazard. Please clear away and educate the residents / landlord on the correct way to dispose of refuse.

Same in ball Rd flats ,llanrumney ,been outside for weeks ,somebody had a go and left pile and communal bin full of rubbish on the side,health hazards really
