Light doesn’t work on lamppost (intermittent and incredibly dim light if it does come on)

This not on the road, but this app wouldn’t let me not pick a street. It’s a street light on the path that runs parallel to the woodland walk for dogs. The marker from What3Words is accurate. The light has been broken for months. Oddly, about 3 of the lampposts on this path haven’t been upgraded to LED, even though the rest of the estate has
