Sunken drain cover

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5480449.

Another sunken drain cover needs repairing s it's effectively a huge pothole.

There is also a utility cover in middle of the road which the surround has disintegrated and needs repairing
