Road Closure outside of advertised hours

Stert Street is closed due to roadworks, which is causing complete chaos in Abingdon. The signs advertising the works over the past couple of weeks have said closed between 22.30 - 05.00. You cannot see that the road is still closed until you have reached the lights and turned onto Stert Street from the Vineyard, which is causing gridlock when cars are having to turn around to get onto Stratton Way.
