Paint covering double yellow lines has washed away.

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5478776.
This is concerning the yellow lines outside Rimington, Mead Rd. About 12 months ago Travis Perkins added double yellow lines and shortly afterwards were asked by GCC to remove them as they actually shouldn't have been added. They were then covered up with strips of black paint - this paint has now washed away exposing the double yellow lines again. I was wondering if it would be possible to get them recovered please ? Thanks.
