Numerous potholes, completely uneven road

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5478739.

The road approaching the traffic lights on The Ridgeway, for about 8metres length (just before the traffic light), the road is completely uneven with numerous potholes. Parts of the road has "lumps" which are raised above the ground, it is like driving over rocks. It has been like this for 3+ years and not fixed and gets worse. Please fix it.
