Dangerous wire on telegraph pole

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5478551.

One of the cables on the top of the telegraph pole (next to the car dealer/tanning hut) has broken, leaving a dangling cable at head height. It whips around in the wind and could easily hit someone in the face.
