Damage to pavement on north side of Ferndale road

There's bulging on the pavement and it's quite uneven. No idea as to the cause but the smaller protrusions are 2 inches high and 6 inches across. Largest one is 3 inches high and over a foot long. Creates a hazard for pedestrians who aren't good with uneven surfaces
