Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5475448.

Safety barriers surrounding the large hole dug by water personnel regarding a reported leak have all collapsed in the wind. Apart from that the large hole has been there for about 6 weeks. About time it was dealt with. It's dangerous.
