Blocked drain

In 2023, I have had to pay for two private drainage services. In December 2023, the second occasion, the person who was clearing my drains took a camera to check what was going on, and saw that there was a blockage within the drainage system and thinks it is not on my property and under Leonard Road. Therefore I am wanting to bring it to your attention.
