Farmer has destroyed existing hedge row to wide an already unauthorised access to Bank Farm to allow construction and farm heavy plant to both access & egress the farm land on Hassall Moss lane. The farmer is using this to survive the farm without any consideration to Ramblers or local residents and the adjoining lane is deteriorating at an alarming rate leading on to Hassall Moss lane that is tacking excessive slurry and muck onto the lane - creating environmental hazard as when raining the slurry / much is washed down the lane to local residents property as no footpath / drainage installed on the lane. The farmer needs to install a Cattle grid / soak away (If approved planning submitted) to capture the slurry & muck be cleaning the area after use or during excessive use of the lane or start utilising own farm land to move muck and feeds / waste slurry as would be expected. The highway is being used as it it belongs to the farm.
