Pedestrian light badly positioned

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5470621.

The pedestrian light is twisted meaning that, in combination with the blinkers on it, you have to walk a long way over to see if it is on green. Also the red light appears bright even when off so it can appear that it is illuminated unless you are far enough over to see that the light is on green
