Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5470043.

Banks to cutting have been dug away and made unstable it appears that a road closure due to water mains repair has been used to carryout unauthorised excavation undermining the trees and making banks approx 35ft high unstable. This took place night of 19th Jan and 20th Jan.
