Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5470028.

When turning right into Borough Road you enter the box to turn right the right turn filter doesn't come on , it goes straight to red leaving you stranded in the middle of the junction as the oncoming traffic is now on green.
