General Street Mess and Unusable Drains

Leaves, Moss, Twigs/Branches - that have been left unattended for many months so have built up making the area look a mess, the pavement unsafe and the drains blocked which isn't great for parked cars etc. also quite possibly attracting unwanted animals!

Already reported on 14th October and reply received stating the case would be dealt with during week commencing 27th October but nothing has been done and we are now in mid November!
