Potholes caused by blocked drain
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category by Danny Moody at 22:31, Sat 20 January 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5469205.
Recent water and ice has opened up some large potholes at W3W ///freely.connects.contained. The drain just up the road from the potholes is blocked and water (and now ice) is flowing across the road.

The drains remain blocked but this report doesn't seem to be earmarked for action. Your last update says that it is "In progress" but that was in February 2024.

The drains have not been cleared as reported above. They remain blocked (see photos) and when there is rain the water will bypass the drains and flow across the road surface creating a hazard and damaging the road so it has to be fixed - again. Please return and investigate properly. The first photo above is at https://w3w.co/ pods.dilute.easels and the second is at https://w3w.co/ headache.vowel.offerings.
