Quid bike the grassland in york street

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5466287.

We have local idiot who thinks that the grassland is his personal skid pan the grass has been dug up by skidding mud and grass over the road .. dog walkers use the grass for walking dogs. And children play but not any more needs landscaping .now to sort it out
