Taxi parking up for match day again

Once again no enforcement officers and there are 2 taxis not working parked up in a taxi rank I have reported this 9 times but yet nothing is happening. I have been promised that enforcement officers will visit the area and enforce tickets and ensure that they do not park there I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall I want something done about this considering that we have been told that the taxi rank is getting removed and this has been happening since July 2023
