Opposite Johnson Matthey Statutory conditions still flouted by developer? No evidence of Wheel washing "If wheels and ledges are likely to pick up mud the site should anticipate this AND INSTALL A WHEEL-WASH". https://www.hse.gov.uk/ construction/ faq-publicnuisance.htm A road sweeper has been seen in operation but it is inadequate. Highways act https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ ukpga/ 1980/ 66/ contents What will you do about it, and when will it be enforced?

  • Our Senior Site Inspector had a site meeting on Thursday 18th January and advised that the roads were completely clear of any mud or debris. He will check on his next visit that wheel washing facilities are in place.
