Road Surface for the entire road needs attention

Portsview Avenue needs an entire resurface, potholes can force cyclists in to on coming traffic and are getting worse.

This road is dangerously bad. The potholes mean cyclists have to chose between riding at oncoming traffic, who should wait but don't, or ride in the potholes and risk being thrown over handlebars into the oncoming traffic.
