Is there anything that can be done about ALL THE BINS in Torquay? It's crazy. BINS on the streets EVERYWHERE. Doesn't anyone care anymore? Start a completion "Paint your bins happy seaside colours!!". Win £100 for the best one. Honesty, tidy up Torquay asap, before the visitors start coming. Downtown is a disgrace. The roads into Torquay are a disgrace. Do the MPs and Councillors, and civil servants not care? What's going on?
