Keeping rubbish bin near boundary line and neighbours car with little open to make them smell Bad smell . and trying to obstruct driveway . Telling that doing it deliberately As we asked them not to use our private driveway and bin for their caravan and bin dragging . Reason : for doing is reitaliation .

    He is still using our private driveway to access his van and dragging his bin through our driveway . I have told him clearly not to use ours but he continues this . Keeps doing wooden work clutter falls on our private driveway but doesn’t clean it .
