Road surface extremely degraded

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5447527.

The length of North Lane has a lot of potholes and bad joins between rough segments. Also, the road markings are not ideal as people park on the side of the road making oncoming traffic cross the centre line and filter lanes in a lot of locations.
