Lights do not change when traffic is waiting on the Hales road side. on

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5442970.

Since the last time road works were done in this area the traffic lights system does not recognise that traffic is waiting on Hales road. The lights remain green for the A435 and change for the A40 as soon as traffic is present but nothing happens on the Hales road side until a vehicle has passed through the A40 side and started the full sequence.
