10 Dog fouls on The Crescent odd number side

This has become a massive environmental and safety problem on The Crescent, there are currently 10 dog fouls on the old number stretch 3-9 and increasing all the time, clear to me and others, who is responsible for these dog fouls and they need to use dog waste bags to pick them up after themselves but for the time being please can we ask that the street is attended by dog warden and a cleanup team to remove these dog towels which are being walked into the care home by people with disabilities children walking into their houses causing environmental and health and safety disaster.
