6 inches deep pothole on ravenswood road

There's a pothole on the westbound part of this road that is several inches deep (I would say 4 to 6 in deep). It's full of gravel and it would appear that a previous pothole that was repaired has simply extended. I would say it needs filling quite quickly

Sadly it's gotten even deeper and is expelling large volumes of gravel. Whole width is now 2 feet at the surface and 1.5 feet at the bottom of the crater.
