Missing reflective bollard here at concrete build out for 3 months at least
Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5436108.
This reflective bollard at the concrete build out has been missing for more than three months, even though 3 months ago a delivery bike rider hit the kerb sustaining broken limbs on a dark wet night. The Council appear to have put a broken traffic cone there but why has it taken 3 months to replace it knowing that it is a hazard.
