Obstruction caused by wall/building problem

FixMyStreet ref: 5435273.

There are a couple of obstructions on a bridleway/restricted byway that have been there for sometime. This one is blocked by a fallen tree.
Id be grateful if you are able to confirm if this is the correct place to report these issues
