Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5429977.

Used needle left near salt bin at corner of Greengate Lane and Church Drive. Regular dealing in this area, previously reported to GMP, Bury CC and Sherbourne Court landlord but no action taken. Same car still dealing daily.
