Leaves & water always present outside house. This morning icy oavement due yo this freezing - slip hazard for pedestrians.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5428526.

This has been the case for several years but we've not known how to report it vefire today. I act as a sighted guide for a visual impaired person and this slope is on our direct route, there and back to the shops, pharmacy, etc. Please can this be cleared up/fixed asap? Thank you very much for your help.
