Overflowing Blue Bins

The blue recycling bins have not been emptied for weeks, they are overflowing and many residents have complained already. The situation is now an absolute disgrace. The community works hard to keep the lane clean, this is impossible when the collection service does not take place for inordinate lengths of time. Please remedy this asap and ensure the waste that has overflowed onto the ground is picked up. Thank you.
