Very noisy loose manhole, dangerous

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5426981.

The manhole is making a very loud noise when vehicles pass over it, I have observed this and the cover moves. It never used to be like this, as the nearby road QUEENS DRIVE has been closed for months, increased traffic maybe the cause of this damage. I have concerns it my break causing injury or serious damage to vehicles. Not only that, the health to my family as this noise is disrupting sleep and enjoyment in the house.
