Island cone missing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5426629.

This illuminated old style cone needs replacing. The one on the same island was replaced with the newer type but this is the old style. It is forever being chucked in the hedge, side of the road and has been reported numerous times. Please just do the right thing and replace the island cone with the newer type.
