Taxi missusing rank again

Once again cars parked in taxi rank including a Hackney cab which parks there every home game not to pick up fares but to go the match also in some of the side roads off sleepers Hill people are encouraging people going to the match to park in residential parking I have been assured that this illegal parking is going to be addressed but yet I am still waiting and nothing seams to be getting done myself and an number of other residents are now discussing getting the local newspaper involved as nothing is being done
