Tenants unable to park

Its almost impossible most days to park outside my home, everyday workers and customers from the co op funeral place and from the tan city sunbeds on breck road park their cars all day outside tenants properties, i have to park a few streets away at times and i need access to my home i have kidney failure and cant walk far at the best of times, Theirs a lot of unhappy tenants here and the council wont do a single thing about it, council will only come out during match days this is disgusting, whats the point in us having parking permits we cant park here would it be ok to follow them home and park right outside their house or drive no it wouldnt be so why should we accept it its making our lives a misery.
