No street lights

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5421942.

Appreciate work is ongoing for the new estate but new lights have been installed but are not working. When will these work? With the new layout of the road at night it is very dark in this area and the road does bend slightly so would be safer if the lights were on.
