Broken Safety Railing

The safety railing in Stakes Hill Road, Waterlooville, at the corner with Elizabeth Road had been damaged, apparently hit by a moving vehicle on the road.

A vertical support post was bent and smaller vertical components bent inward now protrude over the pavement such that sharp edges present a safety hazard to pedestrians.
